Welcome to the annual flagship convention, our International Conference on Materials for Green Future. The conference will be held during March 16-18, 2026 and is hosted in the March 16-18, 2026. Whilst choosing our venue we kept in mind availability of the best possible facilities as well as ease of access. We hope our attendees will appreciate not only our selection of venue but the dates.
The official Language of the conference is English. Unfortunately, translation and interpreting services will not be available.
In mid-March, Vienna begins to shift noticeably away from winter’s chill. Daytime highs hover around 10-12 °C, while evenings drop to 2-4 °C, making for cool, brisk nights. Light rain is fairly common, though not heavy, and you can expect a few damp days. Snow is unlikely but still possible, especially earlier in the season. Skies tend to be overcast more often than clear, though patches of sunshine occasionally break through. Overall, the weather is fresh, changeable, and very much in transition toward spring.
We encourage participants to dress comfortably in casual business attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure personal comfort.
Please arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins. As there may be changes to the conference program this allows participants to be notified in a timely manner. Although there is free Wi-Fi in the conference room, electrical outlets will not be available for use due to safety reasons. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, mobile phones must be turned to silent before entering the sessions. As the event will be professionally photographed, if you are taking photos, please turn off your flash. The distribution of advertising messages in any form is strictly prohibited, except for our exhibitors/sponsors.
You need a visa to travel to Austria (Vienna), unless you are from one of the countries exempted from visa requirements. Visa-exempt travellers are allowed to stay for up to 90 days in any 180-day period for tourism, business, or visit purposes, provided no gainful work is involved.
